SOMSOA ships from the United Kingdom, with products advertised as in stock held domestically and ready for dispatch. We currently offer UK delivery and international delivery to selected destinations.

UK shipping

UK stock. Fast dispatch. Products shown as in stock are held in the UK, so your order does not need to be shipped from overseas.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day. During periods of particularly high demand, dispatch may take up to 2–3 working days. We will provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

UK delivery options

Our UK orders are sent using tracked delivery services. Available options and their prices are shown at checkout.

Tracked 24: Royal Mail aims to deliver on the next working day after dispatch.

Tracked 48: Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

These are Royal Mail delivery aims rather than guaranteed delivery times. Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, weekends, bank holidays, operational circumstances and other factors outside SOMSOA's control.

How quickly will my order arrive?

For a typical UK order, we normally dispatch within 1 working day. After dispatch, the selected Royal Mail service determines the delivery timeframe.

This means that, under normal circumstances, customers choosing Tracked 24 should generally expect delivery shortly after dispatch, while customers choosing Tracked 48 should generally expect delivery within a few working days.

International shipping

We offer international delivery to selected destinations. Available countries, delivery services, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

International orders are dispatched from the UK. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and service selected.

Customers outside the United Kingdom may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are outside SOMSOA's control.

Delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, it may not be possible to change the delivery address.

Tracking

Where a tracked delivery service is selected, tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates are provided by the relevant delivery carrier. Please allow some time for tracking information to appear after dispatch.

Delivery problems

We will investigate the delivery with the relevant carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.
