Returns & Refunds

Last updated: 25 September 2026

1. Your 14-day cancellation right

You have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to tell us that you want to cancel your purchase.

To cancel, email somsoauk@yahoo.com and include your order number and the product you wish to return.

2. Returning your product

After telling us that you wish to cancel, you generally have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

Products should be returned with reasonable care. Where appropriate, please return the product in its original packaging with all accessories and components supplied.

You may be responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising your right to cancel, unless we have agreed otherwise or the law requires us to cover the cost.

3. Refunds

Once your cancellation has been validly exercised, we will refund the payments received from you in accordance with applicable consumer law. Where required, the refund includes the standard delivery charge you originally paid.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method. We may delay reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

4. Condition of returned goods

You may handle and inspect the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what would reasonably be allowed in a shop.

5. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If your product arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact somsoauk@yahoo.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs or other information showing the problem.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

6. Exchanges

If you would prefer a different size, contact us before returning your order. Where possible, we can discuss an exchange or alternative arrangement.
